I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, PSY 30113, seeing clients all over California via telehealth as well as in person in Berkeley and Oakland. I provide individual psychotherapy and family therapy across the lifespan, and have training and experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and individual adult clients. Psychotherapy research proves again and again that the biggest factor contributing to a positive outcome in therapy is the quality of the relationship between client and therapist. There are many valid, evidence-based practices in therapy, and I use a variety of interventions, catered to your needs. My role is to listen and understand your goals, your concerns, the kind of help you want, and what works best for you. I come from a place of curiosity, wanting to understand your experience so that you feel fully understood. I work collaboratively with clients, establishing a warm, empathic environment that feels safe and free of judgement.
In my free time, I’m typically out hiking, tossing a ball for my pup, Mochi, baking for my family and friends, watching a documentary, listening to a podcast, or tending to one of my many houseplants.
